Description
The following training programs for this option include: Ageless Weight Loss, Youthful Energy Restoration, Agile Balance and Stability, Pain Free Nimble Movement, and Strong and Stable Low Back programs.
These programs include 2 personal training sessions and 1 health coaching session each week. There are 18 total sessions for each program.
This option is for in person training and coaching at my home studio in Orangevale. Make sure to have a complimentary consultation prior to choosing this option.
