Description
The following training programs for this option include: Ageless Weight Loss, Youthful Energy Restoration, Agile Balance and Stability, Pain Free Nimble Movement, and Strong and Stable Low Back programs.
These programs include 2 personal training sessions and 1 health coaching session each week. There are 18 total sessions for each program.
This option is for in-home training in the Folsom, El Dorado Hills and surrounding areas. Make sure to have a complimentary consultation prior to choosing this option.
