This program is online personal training via Zoom. I coach and guide you through a 12-week training program (two sessions per week). Sessions are focused on your goals and needs. I build a personalized training program that will take into account your abilities and your equipment availability.

Training is one on one which includes online personal training, functional fitness, postural correction and much more. Be sure to sign up for a complimentary consultation prior to purchasing a package to ensure that your needs and goals are met.

We start by determining you fitness goal, then I create the plan of action to ensure that you reach your goal in the shortest time possible!

This program is twice per week for 12 weeks (a total of 24 sessions).
