My wife and I have been working with Aaron for a few months now. His in-home fitness program is excellent.
We both have busy schedules and find it hard to “make” time to exercise. With Aaron’s program, we have a set schedule twice a week where he comes to our house and puts us through a planned workout routine. Because he is scheduled to come to us, we get just enough extra incentive to keep our appointments. When we tried going to a gym or working out on our own, it was too easy to skip a session or rationalize that we would do it “tomorrow.”
Aaron provides a full fitness program. Everything from goal setting to healthy eating to well planned exercise routines. Each component contributes to our overall goal of becoming more fit and loosing some weight.
It’s very impressive how he’s assembled an arsenal of exercise equipment that is portable. He brings everything we need with him.
So far, this is the longest we’ve been able to stay on any sort of fitness program. Aside from Aaron’s excellent all around fitness program, he’s also very easy to work with and enjoyable to talk to.
In a short few months my wife and I have both lost some weight and gained strength. We’re feeling better and have really enjoyed working with Aaron.

Aaron helped me prepare for my climb up Mt. Shasta with a great understanding of the overall training I would need to meet my goal. It included stretching, cardio, leg, core, upper body strengthening and combining it all for increased overall stamina. His knowledge and techniques gave me the confidence to summit Mt. Shasta (14,162′). All the conditioning paid off during the hardest part of the climb…coming down off the mountain with 50 lbs pack and being awake for basically 24 hours.
Aaron has a positive personality that made the workouts a great experience. It was one of the best investments I’ve made in myself.

Aaron has done a fantastic job keeping me motivated and moving toward a healthier life style. He takes the time to listen to your needs and goals and designs his programs to get you there building on them each time to keep you growing. Just think he comes to your house! No having to drag yourself to a gym or club, no one else’s music blaring or sweat on the equipment, just you and your trainer. If your at all interested in getting healthier give Aaron a call!

Aaron really knows how to adapt physical fitness training to meet his clients abilities and guide them to meeting their goals. I had been working out with my own routine for almost two years and having shoulder and back issues reoccur every few months. Aaron was able to modify my overall plan and I have not had those pains since.
My biggest goal at the time was to avoid whatever was causing me so much pain. Aaron exceeded my expectations by creating new routines that revitalized my interest and maximized my results, too. It has been almost a year since I had shoulder and back issues, thanks to Aaron.
Although I started using Aaron’s training services last year, I have watched him transform his clients and himself for years. I have always been impressed watching him transform and tune his own fitness to meet his goals. I have been working out with Aaron Robinet off and on for a total of 5 years now. I first met Aaron 5 years ago when the owner of the gym I belonged to recommended him to me. At the time I was just not getting enough out of my workouts. Aaron stepped in and completely turned things around for me. I found myself not only achieving my goals for health and fitness but also actually enjoying the workouts and the level of intensity.
Most recently I reached out to Aaron as I had a new goal to get back into my wedding dress before my 12th anniversary. My girlfriend and I started working out with Aaron and as we lost weight and toned up…word spread. Due to the interest Aaron started a group fitness class. The class has been phenomenal and has grown to a point that Aaron is able to provide daily classes at an affordable rate. Through this class, I am pleased to say, that I have achieved my goal of losing 40 lbs, have toned all my trouble spots and feel better than ever! And yes, the dress fits!
I enjoy working out with Aaron in the group setting as he is able to address each of our individual needs while offering varying intensity levels to assure that everyone in the class can achieve his or her goals.
Aaron has also been great at offering tips to tweak my dietary needs and provides me with exercise options when I am traveling and unable to make it to class.
I can honestly say that with Aaron’s guidance, at 44 years of age, I am in the best shape of my life!
I would highly recommend Aaron as a trainer for anyone who is looking to achieve a well rounded fitness goal either in a one on one setting or in group format. Aaron is very even tempered, knowledgeable and accommodating. He has always worked with me to achieve my goals in a safe and steady manner that allows me to maintain and increase my fitness levels all the while enjoying the workouts, intensity and the results.

I’m 6′ 3″ 220LBS and 48-years old, now. A few years ago I was pushing 235LBS and just felt like I was getting lazy and less and less agile. Even though I felt pretty good about getting to the gym and staying in decent shape. I just knew that I was losing speed and agility every year.
As the 48-year old father of a very active 8-year old daughter it became more and more apparent to me that I needed to change my workout routine. As my daughter (Kendall) gets older she’s playing more sports and is just naturally becoming more physical. With Kendall becoming more physical it’s very important to me that I also stay physically fit so we can enjoy her developmental years together. A few years ago I felt myself getting slower, less and less agile and a whole lot clumsier. Aaron explained some of the natural changes that happen to most people around the age of 40. He also explained that I (we) can all do things to slow down some of the aforementioned natural changes. It was at that point I decided it was time to do things differently… I knew that my routine of going to the gym everyday was just that “routine”! For the longest time I convinced myself that going to the gym five days a week to randomly lift weights, run on the treadmill and do a few abs exercises meant I was staying in shape. Yes, going to the gym five days a week helped, but I didn’t know where to start with a routine that would really get me in the shape that I wanted to be in! I must admit I’m still not in the shape that I want to be in, but Thanks to Robinet Fitness I’m on my way.

Aaron Robinet’s training program is personally focused, professionally executed, and oriented for success. I’ve been training with Aaron for a number of years and I continue to do so because his program allows me to continue to enjoy sports like water skiing, snow skiing, and cycling by ensuring I have the range of motion, stamina, and agility without getting injured with common back problems or muscle aches. Aaron’s approach differs in that his training programs are geared to your needs and to your present fitness state. His training is challenging, but he doesn’t promote doing exercises that could cause you to get hurt or lose your motivation. In fact, his “at home” training program fits so well into my weekly routine that I look forward to working out with him and identifying new and innovative training routines. He provides all the gear you need for a serious, targeted workout. You just need to provide your motivation, a clean and well lit place to work out, and some good workout clothes and shoes.
