As we age, many of us will experience challenges that can limit our pursuit of good health and longevity.

Many people think that this is all “part of getting older” when they experience any of the above issues. The truth is, we do decline when we age but this decline from aging is much more gradual than most people believe. And aging is not the reason most people decline at the rate that is often experienced.

Most often habits are the reason a person experiences many of the above issues. Theses habits include:

  • Eating foods that don’t work for your body
  • Moving with less-than-ideal body mechanics
  • Not addressing chronically tight areas within your body
  • Ignoring health or movement issues when they are small
  • Belief that these issues are inevitable, regardless of your choices and lifestyle adjustments!

You may be at a point where you can no longer look, move or feel like you did when you were in your 20’s. However, the sooner you take action, the better chance you have of improving your current level of health and fitness, the bigger impact you’ll have on reversing these issues, and the more you are able to change the path of your “aging” process!

The Aging Process:

The difference between normal aging and typical aging: Normal aging is how you should age. Typical aging is how most people age as a result of believing that nothing can be done. Unfortunately, most people experience typical aging than the amount of people that experience “normal” aging.

The person that has a belief that they can improve their health, or at least is open the potential of improvement, they are much more likely to have better results. A person that has a reason or excuse for their issues does not allow for the potential of improvement. They will rarely see any positive improvements in their health and fitness, regardless of which approach they follow.

How FitWise Personal Training works:

Each program is custom designed for your specific needs. We start with a consultation to understand what your health and fitness goals are, and how I can create a plan to proceed forward. Although this page is dedicated to covering some key points of personal training, I use my entire background and services that I offer in order to get to the essential elements of training and health coaching that will ensure that you get the maximum results within the minimum amount time.

Each program starts with an assessment. The depth of these assessments is based on you, your current needs, and how much time and effort you are able to put forth initially for this assessment process. The point of these assessments is to garner enough information to move forward without overwhelming you or your enthusiasm for your health journey!

I use Zoom to carry out the online personal training as well as health coaching. If there is a reason this does not work for you, we will find a solution that will better serve your needs.

You have direct contact with me the entire way throughout this entire process. Not only does this include all of the coaching/training. This includes any technical issues that might arise. I will not send you to my website or somewhere else to figure out answers about how to proceed with our coaching/training. I will directly help you with any issues if they should happen to arise.

Most people know that diet and exercise are keys to improve how you look move and feel. But these two integral aspects are only a portion of the bigger picture. And most people are guided forward with diet and exercise in ways that will inhibit how they move and feel in pursuit of how they look.

Pricing:

The initial pricing is listed under 6-week personal training. This is a base package which is set to include 2 personal training sessions per week for 6 weeks. Based on your needs, time availability and predetermined timeline, we may increase or decrease the usage of the sessions to best serve your needs and goals.
